By creating an account or joining the Poker Intel waitlist, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract in your country of residence. Poker Intel is an information, community, and travel-perks platform — it does not accept bets or operate real-money poker.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, keeping your credentials secure, and any activity under your account.
4. Referrals & Rewards
Referral points, tiers, and giveaways are provided at our discretion. We may adjust rules, cap rewards, or remove points obtained through fraudulent, automated, or self-referred activity.
5. Acceptable Use
No spam, scraping, impersonation, harassment, or attempts to compromise the platform. Freelancer directory listings must be truthful and belong to the person listed.
6. Responsible Play
We promote responsible gaming. If gambling is affecting your life, seek help via a local support organisation.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for tournament outcomes, third-party operator actions, or content published by other users.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
